Fall brings all kinds of gatherings to the home. From Apple-picking parties to Halloween gigs to simple pre-Thanksgiving shindigs, there is a lot to celebrate during the fall season. This ‘Fall Snap’ Cocktail is a perfect way to serve up and turn up for a large group gathering.
This cocktail recipe is simple and easy. A bottle of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum, fresh lemon juice, pear nectar, and ginger ale are combined and served out of a scooped pumpkin. No shaking necessary, the ingredients can be stirred in the pumpkin and kept cold with a block of ice. The finished cocktail can be served in the glass of choice and garnished with sliced pears and cranberries. This recipe can serve up to 18-20 people and the pumpkin can be refilled as needed. DELISH!

+ 18 oz. pear nectar
+ 15 oz. ginger ale
Method: Put it all in a pumpkin (optional) with some nice block ice and stir it up. Garnish with several sliced pears and cranberries. And use a straw if you’re wearing a mask. Serves 18-20.
