Popcorn is a low calorie snack that is quick and easy to prepare. The healthiest way to serve up popcorn is by popping it stovetop or in this case, in the oven. This recipe takes popcorn and turns it into a Fall favorite with the addition of Pumpkin Pie Spice flavoring.

The recipe is simple as it requires popcorn, oil, a little bit of kosher salt, sugar, and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Once the popcorn is all popped, it is coated with the oil, sugar & spice mixture. The popcorn should be baked for 8-10 minutes, stirring at the 5 minute mark. The popcorn should be removed and sprinkled with salt for a delicious finish.
